During a visit to a small village in the Atlas Mountains during the Covid pandemic, we met incredible artisans whose livelihoods depended on selling rugs to tourists.
With travel restrictions, their income vanished overnight. As Moroccans, we felt compelled to help our community. That's why we created a fair trade online platform to connect these artisans with the world, ensuring transparency and offering top-quality rugs at fair prices.
With a determined spirit, we dove into the world of rugs, learning from the best artisans and uncovering the rich stories behind each design. Now, we're thrilled to share this journey with you.

Founded in 2022 during a trip to the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, MogadorCrafts is a Moroccan house of exceptional handmade rugs confectioned with passion. Our rugs are designed in Casablanca by selected artists and developed by skilled craftsmen from noble wool. The true value of our brand lies in our skilled craftsmen’s passion for handmade rugs. We hire the best artisans who take pride in sustaining an ancestral art and who express a true love for rug making. You can be assured that your rug is created by artisans who aspire to create artistic masterpieces that you can enjoy in your home for years to come. Our artisans come from different regions of Morocco including all imperial cities such as Marrakech, Rabat, Fez, and Meknes.

How we Do it
Our artisans use only their hands, ancestral know-how, and incredible passion to create Moroccan rugs that inspire and uplift any interior space. Our rugs are manufactured without the use of machines which further exemplifies our respect for the environment. We use only natural wool and we source it in a sustainable way. Natural detergent is used to clean our rugs and we allow them to dry naturally in sunlight. To demonstrate our commitment to sustainability, we give back 1% of our revenues to saving our planet. OUR INSPIRATION
We combine an ancestral craftsmanship with contemporary artistic designs to rejuvenate the Moroccan rugs and bring them to our spaces in a new style. All our designs are inspired by elegant geometric shapes, tribal patterns, Moroccan landscapes, and our Artists' free imagination that creates a magical piece of artwork for any space.
